A rare sweatshirt from an era when fabric was made in a way similar to knitting wool. It is made by manufacturing Kanoko (pique knit) with a loopwheel machine, then brushing the back. Furthermore, it is "hank-dyed," meaning the yarn is dyed before weaving the fabric, rather than dyeing the fabric itself. This creates a unique flicker on the surface and an attractive uneven texture. This is a rare 1930s heathered sweatshirt made with the same method as pre-dyed gray and oatmeal. ※The following shrinkage will occur after washing.
