This is Warehouse's classic body, knitted on an old-fashioned low-gauge knitting machine, said to be "rarer than loopwheel knitting machines."
This fabric, knitted with uneven count 12 yarn to create a unique shadow, is called a "shadow border."
Despite being plain, a faint horizontal unevenness emerges.
Instead of a modern, extremely low neckline, piping is inserted into the ribbing to maintain strength,
and as it is worn, the neckline gradually loosens, creating a natural low front.
