This is Warehouse's standard body, knitted on an old-style low-gauge knitting machine, said to be "rarer than a loopwheel machine."
This fabric, knitted with 12-count uneven yarn to create a unique shadow effect, is called "shadow border," and
faint horizontal stripes of unevenness appear.
