 Model: 175cm tall, 62kg, wearing size 40 This is a standard loopwheeled sweatshirt whose specifications have not changed for over 20 years. The specification where the coarse overlock thread is visible between the two stitches is a detail only seen in vintage items, but we achieved it by improving the sewing machine. The brushed lining, once called cotton fleece lined, is also recreated by brushing it in a tubular form. We use a loopwheel knitting machine that is most suitable for reproducing the texture of vintage clothing. For heather gray and oatmeal, the connecting #40 thread and the #8 back thread are organic brown cotton, so they have a strong reddish tint. The yarn count is set to bring out a strong warp grain. With fabric knitted on a loopwheel knitting machine, the knitted fabric falls down, so no tension is applied during winding, and it is knitted with air. Because of this, the fabric itself shrinks significantly with washing and drying, but it has a unique soft texture that wraps around the skin, which cannot be achieved with other knitting machines. 【403 Set-In Freedom】 For the neckline, the overlock thread is distributed on both the front and back to allow the thread to withstand the stretch of the fabric. This not only reinforces the neckline, which is most prone to thread breakage, but also, as it is worn, the contrast due to the difference in fading between the main fabric and the thread becomes more pronounced. Furthermore, extra-thick thread is used for the neckline. Tubular cuffs and tubular waistband: Similar to the main fabric, the tubular knitted sleeves and waistband are knitted on knitting machines of specified sizes. Because color matching is necessary, it takes more than twice the effort of regular SWEATs due to opening the fabric (splitting the tubular body). Two-needle specifications based on American inch sizes The wide stitch pitch and the relatively coarse overlock thread visible from the outside are details only found in vintage SWEATs. The "set-in freedom" design, with set-in shoulders and freedom sleeves from the armpits, enhances arm mobility. ※The following shrinkage will occur after washing.
