 Model Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing size 38 The Rocky Mountain Featherbed down vest was born in Wyoming, USA, in the 1960s, inspired by Native American capes. Despite its overwhelming popularity, boasting warmth and insulation like a duvet (FEATHERED), the brand disappeared in the late 1980s. In the vintage market, it began to be traded at high prices, primarily among enthusiasts. It was this legendary brand that was thoroughly researched, leading to the revival of Rocky Mountain Featherbed, which was born with a quality that surpassed the original. The product we are introducing here is a special-order color and specification from Warehouse. The outer and lining fabrics are made of custom-ordered 70-denier nylon, pursuing comfort and durability. The highest quality European white duck down is used. It is washed and given a water-repellent finish in Japan. This prevents the down from losing its insulation when wet, which is its weakness. The fill power, which indicates the warmth of the down, boasts a top-level 700 fill power. The distinctive shoulder yoke is made of single-cut horsehide. We intentionally choose and use leather that retains its natural scratches and irregularities. Reliably made in Japan. This is an item that you'll want to wear for a long time and enjoy the aging of the leather! The leather yoke on the shoulders intentionally retains the natural scratches and color variations of the material itself. Please understand this as a characteristic of the product. Weight: 480g  A brand established in the late 1960s in Jackson, Wyoming, USA. It boasts overwhelming popularity in the vintage market as a brand of cold-weather wear for cowboys. Although the brand disappeared in the 1980s, it was traded at premium prices among fans until its revival in 2005.  Since its establishment in 1995, Warehouse has been a brand that, despite being in the trend-driven fashion industry, has never been swayed by it, relentlessly pursuing the theme of "faithful reproduction of vintage clothing." We thoroughly research a single vintage item we encounter, considering the historical context in which it was produced, from every single thread to the fabric, sewing, and washing process.   Camel   Blue    Bottle Green  CLASSIC TAFETTA Custom-ordered 70D nylon taffeta for creating the down vest that is emblematic of the brand. While commonly available nylon taffeta currently on the market has 210 threads per inch and is coated with acrylic on the back to seal the fabric weave for waterproofing, it has almost no breathability. CLASSIC TAFFETA is a high-density taffeta with over 50 more threads per inch, and instead of coating, it undergoes a cire finish, achieving equivalent waterproofing while ensuring breathability. LEATHER The leather is a combination of tannin and chrome tanning. Dyeing preserves the natural texture of the leather. DOWN The down used is European white duck down, with a blend ratio of 90% down and 10% feather. The 10% feather is intentionally included to provide loft. To maintain high quality, the down is washed and given a water-repellent treatment in Japan. BUTTON All buttons are fastened by bending two prongs. The discontinued mold has been specially reproduced.
