■AERO LEATHER Riders Jacket VINCENT

Model: Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, Wearing size 38
In the 1920s, military trench coats had their hems cut off and were worn while riding military motorcycles.
This is considered the beginning of the so-called double-breasted motorcycle jacket.
In the 1950s, motorcycle jackets became leather, a must-have for bikers at the time,
and became enthusiastically popular as wild fashion for non-biker youth.
Even today, the "bad boy" image of double-breasted leather jackets remains strong.
This jacket follows the classic design of vintage pieces from that era while being refined with modern tastes.

FQHH (Front Quarter Horsehide)
The finest horsehide in the world, produced with confidence by the super long-established Horween company, which has over 100 years of history.
Aero Leather is the only company in the world with exclusive use of this material. It is Aero Leather's most iconic leather.
Horsehide is currently a very valuable leather, and its smooth surface can only be achieved with Aero Leather.
Furthermore, Aero Leather's horsehide is chrome-tanned and almost completely waterproof.
Aero Leather products may initially feel like a lead plate, but over the years of "wearing them out"
they become softer and the leather molds to your body and intended use.
Each of these jackets will have a different character, becoming a one-of-a-kind piece just for you.
Aero Leather becomes more tasteful with each passing decade, and this enjoyment lasts a lifetime.

Maintenance
Maintaining with Aero Leather's genuine horsehide leather conditioner will result in
a very fine, velvety soft, yet firm leather.
Mink oil, commonly used for leather product maintenance, is absolutely NOT suitable for horsehide.
This is because the wax contained in mink oil excessively coats the leather,
inhibiting healthy aging. (All animal-based waxes are NOT suitable)

Off-season storage
・Before storing, gently wipe with a dry towel to remove dirt and dust.
(A well-ventilated, dry place out of direct sunlight is best.)
・Apply Aero Leather's genuine horsehide leather conditioner.
・When autumn arrives and the season begins, apply a small amount of Aero Leather conditioner.
・Maintaining with leather conditioner once or twice during the season will further enhance its aging process.

Aero Leather's horsehide is water-resistant, so if it gets a little wet in the rain, simply wipe off the surface with a towel.
However, caution is needed if it becomes completely soaked with dripping rain.
Wet leather is very susceptible to heat, and strong heat can cause deformation and deterioration.
Absolutely do not use hair dryers or heaters. Allow it to air dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area,
and just before it is completely dry, rub in more Aero Leather's genuine horsehide leather conditioner than usual to replenish the oil.
This is because oil is also lost as moisture evaporates.

This is an in-stock item offered at its original price and specifications at the time of purchase.

Regarding the product
Many of our products are designed based on vintage items. To emphasize the atmosphere, there may be slight variations in stitching, fabric color, texture due to processing, and color unevenness, but please understand that these are also part of the product's charm. Additionally, product specifications (stitching, parts, color, size, etc.) may change without notice. We hope you enjoy the product with the above points in mind.

Horsehide deliberately retains the natural texture of the leather, so many scars and wrinkles that the horse incurred during its life may be visible. These are not defects.
White powder (bloom) may be present on the leather surface, but this is the oil from the leather rising to the surface,
and it will disappear with use, so please rest assured.
