Printed sweatshirt with twin-needle stitching. The ink used for the integrated print is specially formulated to peel off with repeated wear and washing. Bio-washing processing gives it a vintage feel. The fabric is a thick material, also used in hooded sweatshirts, designed for long-term wear. It is made using an old-style knitting machine, and sizes 3 and above feature no side seams. Weight: 690g  UES started in 1997 with the opening of an antenna shop in Kobe. The name UES comes from "waste," meaning scraps or garbage. In Japan, rags (reused old clothes) used to clean machinery in ironworks and maintenance shops have long been called "ues." We create our products with the hope that they will be used until the very end (until they become rags) rather than sitting idle in a closet before fulfilling their purpose.   Heather Gray  Oatmeal
