Double gauze shirts are characterized by their soft feel and ease of wear.
They also have excellent breathability and moisture-wicking, quick-drying properties, making them suitable for warmer seasons.
The surface of the fabric features a herringbone weave (a continuous V-shaped twill), showing a subtle vertical striped pattern.
The back of the fabric is a highly breathable plain weave, creating a double-layered structure.
The voluminous fabric is sewn with triple stitching, resulting in a soft look.

The brand began when we opened our antenna shop in Kobe in 1997. The name "UES" comes from "waste." In Japan, old rags used for cleaning machines in ironworks and repair shops (often made from repurposed old clothes) have long been called "ues." We create our products with the hope that they will be used until the very end—becoming a "ues"—rather than sleeping in a closet before they fulfill their purpose.
