■UES Regular Straight Jeans 14.9oz Brown Cotton Denim 400-R
 ＜Model: Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing 30 inch＞ 5-pocket denim recreated with craftsmanship from a bygone era. The fabric used is UES original 14.9oz brown cotton denim. The custom yarn, blended with brown cotton during spinning, is rope-dyed to a deep, rich color compared to regular yarn. By slowly weaving this original low-twist yarn on an old-fashioned power loom, we were able to create a fabric renowned for its fading properties. In terms of sewing, we primarily use cotton thread that fades to match the fading of the fabric. Cotton thread has no unpleasant sheen like nylon spun thread and ages naturally. The thickness and color of the thread are also varied depending on the sewing location. The fabric is folded to create a raised effect between the double stitches on the belt loops and pocket openings. This protects the stitches with the raised fabric, making them less likely to break. UES jeans are not stone-washed or otherwise processed; they are designed for you to enjoy the fading from the very beginning. The changing expression depending on the wearer is the true charm of denim. Please cherish them and raise them until they become "UES" (rags). To enjoy the process of raising them, it's important to first choose a silhouette you like. The 400R Regular Straight is the most standard silhouette in the series. It has a moderate fit and a natural straight leg. Compared to vintage replica jeans, the rise is shallower, giving it a modern silhouette. The back pockets are slightly smaller to maintain overall balance. Another reason for the popularity of the Regular Straight is its versatility with footwear, from boots to sneakers. If you're unsure which silhouette to choose, we recommend the 400R Regular Straight.  It all began in 1997 with the opening of an antenna shop in Kobe. The name UES comes from "waste," meaning scraps or trash. In Japan, scraps of cloth (repurposed old clothes) used to clean machinery in ironworks and repair shops have long been called "ues." We create our products with the hope that they will be used until the very end (until they become "ues"), rather than resting in a closet before fulfilling their purpose.
