 ＜Model: Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, Wearing size 1(S)＞ The "W900-J" denim jacket was designed to be worn as a set with the 400WW War Model denim pants, which are popular for their moderate thickness. Like the 400WW, it features all yellow stitching. By making the sleeves single-piece, we expressed a rugged workwear silhouette. Compared to the three denim jackets we've released so far, this one has the widest body width, providing a relaxed silhouette that allows you to wear 14.9oz denim without stress. It has the four buttons characteristic of war models. We recommend wearing it with the bottom button unfastened to show off the V-stitch. This V-stitch is a unique UES arrangement, not derived from vintage. While it's a product number derived from vintage designs, it's an item that has been surely updated to a modern version. The material is UES original 14.9oz brown cotton denim. The custom yarn, blended with brown cotton during spinning, is rope-dyed to a deep, heavy color compared to regular yarn. By slowly weaving this original, loosely twisted yarn on old-fashioned power looms, we were able to create a fabric renowned for its fading properties.  UES started in 1997 with the opening of an antenna shop in Kobe. The name UES comes from "waste," meaning scraps or garbage. In Japan, industrial rags (reused old clothes) used to wipe off machine grease in ironworks and repair shops have long been called "ues." We create products with the hope that they will be used until the very end (becoming ues), rather than sleeping in a closet before fulfilling their purpose.
