This is an early 1950s piece with a striking "reverse color scheme" body of orange x black, where the color of the sleeves under the arms is darker than the body.
In contrast, the embroidery uses monochromatic threads reminiscent of ink wash paintings, depicting an eagle spreading its wings as it tries to take flight from the waves.
The ribbing is also composed of black with yellow and white lines, creating an overall unified color scheme.

The reversible side features a "Dragon Head" design, meticulously depicting a dragon's head, with radiating mane creating a sense of dynamism.
A pale green dragon and colorful lightning clouds stand out against the wine red satin fabric.
The dragon and tiger on the chest are depicted in full, and the exquisitely balanced embroidery is a feat that only skilled artisans can achieve.
