■Tailor Toyo Vietnam Liner Jacket VIET-NAM MAP Mid 1960s Style
 Nha Trang, a city where the US military port was located during the Vietnam War. This is a custom-ordered item for soldiers stationed in that battleground in the mid-1960s. The back features a classic map pattern, but a Vietnam jacket embroidered entirely in white like this is rare even among vintage items. The outer fabric is military-derived nylon ripstop with gourd-shaped quilting. The lining uses satin for comfort, and it has moderate heat retention due to the padding. Normally, the liner fabric is woodland camouflage, but this model features an original tiger stripe pattern. Similar to the Sukajan, which was born in post-war Japan, the souvenir jacket born during the Vietnam War from the 1960s to 1970s is commonly known as the Vietnam Jacket. It mainly uses two types of fabric: cotton twill or camouflage poncho liner, with designs embroidered using thick, matte colored threads.
