 ＜Model: Height 175cm Weight 62kg wearing size L＞ This is a reproduction of a jacket custom-made for a U.S. soldier stationed in Vietnam in 1969 and brought back to America. It features a classic design with the Vietnam map as its main motif, but each embroidery has distinctive characteristics. The tiger head on the chest has a sharper design compared to others. The "福" (good fortune) character embroidered with two colors of thread is also unusual. The map on the back features a cross embroidery in the center, which is also a rare detail not seen on other Vietnam map patterns. The message on the upper back is cut off mid-sentence, which has been faithfully reproduced based on the vintage original. Available in three colors: black, and rare vintage green and orange. VIETNAM JACKET Similar to Sukajan jackets that originated in post-war Japan, souvenir jackets born during the Vietnam War from the 1960s to 1970s are commonly known as "Vietjan." They are mainly made from two types of fabric: cotton twill or camouflage poncho liner, and feature designs embroidered with thick, matte-colored threads.
