 Model: Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing size L This is a mid-1950s piece featuring a fiercely roaring white tiger on a faded green body. Only white thread is used for the tiger's body, and its distinctive stripes and dynamic form are depicted through the needlework of the embroidery. While tiger patterns are classic and standard for souvenir jackets, the high degree of perfection in the embroidery reveals that this masterpiece was crafted by a top-class artisan of its time. The reversible side also effectively uses white thread, creating a landscape pattern reminiscent of a winter scene with snow piled up. By minimizing the number of colors used to depict a mountain landscape with a five-story pagoda, drum bridge, pine trees, and waterfalls, the composition is calculated to make the white and red embroidery stand out against the aged navy body. Mid-1950s Work ＜ACETATE SOUVENIR JACKET AGING MODEL＞ The acetate fabric has a deep texture with a subdued luster due to the loss of color molecules. The ribs have an enhanced texture, and the rayon thread used for embroidery shows fading.
