After World War II, aviation entered the jet age, leading to a boom in flight suit development.
The nylon L-2 is the most successful example of this, but countless prototypes were made before its official adoption,
and feedback from test pilots was incorporated. This is a reproduction of the cotton L-2 Test Sample created during that process.
Although it was not officially adopted, its DNA can be said to have been passed down to later utility jackets.
"Aim High. Fly-Fight-Win." This is the motto of the US Air Force, which aims higher and achieves victory,
and also the philosophy of TOYS McCOY, which has strived for uncompromising craftsmanship.
Along with these words, the "dragon," a symbol of overwhelming power and awe in the Air Force,
is often used as a motif and is featured on the L-2 test sample.
Furthermore, the anniversary model is lavishly decorated with original embroidered patches featuring the brand's 30th-anniversary design and leather nameplates.
