This is a full-zip hoodie from the SPZ series, made from the thickest, heaviest loopwheeled fabric. It has been loved by many for a long time, but did you know that its production involves a lot of specialized techniques? This SPZ series is manufactured at our own factory, "OLD ACT". Unlike other models, it uses a unique pattern with a specific hemline and a long placket. During sewing, the craftsmen use their judgment to stretch the fabric in the pattern to compensate for shrinkage, and sew certain areas twice with the same stitch count, demonstrating meticulous craftsmanship. It is truly a product born from craftsmanship that will be passed down through generations. Material: 100% Cotton, 20oz ultra-thick loopwheeled fabric with brushed lining, at its limit density Material Origin: Wakayama, Wakayama Prefecture Material Equipment: Old-style loopwheel knitting machine Manufacturing Origin: Odate, Akita Prefecture (In-house) Manufacturing Equipment: Union Special Loopwheeled fabric manufactured in Wakayama using old-style loopwheel knitting machines. While these old-style knitting machines are originally characterized by "knitting softly and airily," Deluxeware's planning department modified the old-style loopwheel knitting machines, achieving exceptional warmth while maintaining a firm texture by knitting at the highest density.
