Ishikawadai refers to the name of a spinning machine that spins yarn, manufactured by Ishikawadai Seisakusho in 1953.
It is the oldest Japanese-made ring spinning machine currently in operation.
Compared to modern machines, the spinning speed is considerably slower, but it produces a fluffy texture
It is characterized by a finish that brings out the texture of the material.
Using this rare denim fabric, we have created a second-type denim jacket.
This limited edition product commemorates the 45th anniversary year and comes with a special tote bag.

The name Studio D'Artisan, founded in 1979, means "artisan's workshop". At that time, the concept of making jeans, now called vintage replicas, hardly existed in the Japanese jeans market. It is a pioneering brand that laid the foundation for manufacturing, pursuing the dream of reproducing the essence of jeans in the shadow of efficiency aimed at mass production.
