 Model Height 175cm, Weight 60kg, wearing size 38 This is a denim jacket made with the newly recreated "DO1" fabric for this project. This fabric was created by spinning 6-count yarn, replicating the number of twists and slub texture. For the dyeing, we focused on "skein dyeing" using Tokushima Tadeshiai natural indigo, repeatedly "dyeing and drying, dyeing and drying..." This process was meticulously repeated 20 times, sparing no time or effort, to achieve a deep indigo blue. Based on 1940s denim jackets, we added arrangements such as using selvage for the collar attachment. ・Uses original Tokushima Tadeshiai Kasen Dye 15oz fabric  Founded in 1979, Studio D'Artisan's name implies "Artisan's Workshop." At the time, the concept of making jeans, now called vintage replicas, was almost nonexistent in the Japanese jeans market. It is a pioneering brand that laid the foundation for manufacturing that pursued the dream of reproducing the original flavor of jeans, overshadowed by efficiency geared toward mass production.
