<Model: Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, Wearing Size 40> The GL3 by Toyota Automatic Loom Works, manufactured half a century ago, was one of Japan's earliest power looms, and no replacement parts exist. Therefore, the only way to replace broken parts in currently operating machines is to salvage parts from discarded identical models. It's a time-consuming and extremely difficult machine to maintain, weaving a mere 5 meters per hour. It is an inefficient loom. However, denim woven with this "GL3" has the ruggedness and wildness of denim from half a century ago, making it a unique loom capable of expressing denim as workwear. D'ARTISAN's new standard "GL3" series is denim made with D'ARTISAN's original recipe, meticulously crafted in every detail to maximize the characteristics of the GL3, including the uneven shape of the yarn, yarn count, rope-dyed color, and thread count for both warp and weft. The 2nd type denim jacket possesses a distinctive unevenness and roughness that cannot be achieved with modern denim, which is produced efficiently and uniformly. This confident creation was finally completed after repeated trial weaving, allowing no compromises. Weight: 950g  Founded in 1979, the name Studio D'Artisan embodies the meaning of "artisan workshop." At that time, the concept of making jeans, now known as vintage replicas, hardly existed in the Japanese jeans market.
