 Model Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing size 29 The Toyoda Automatic Loom Works GL3, made half a century ago, was one of Japan's earliest power looms, and there are no replacement parts available. Therefore, the only way to keep it running is to salvage parts from discarded machines of the same model and replace broken parts in operational machines. It's a time-consuming and maintenance-intensive process, making it an inefficient loom that can only weave a mere 5 meters per hour. However, the denim woven with this "GL3" possesses the ruggedness and wildness of denim from half a century ago, making it the only loom capable of expressing denim as workwear. D'Artisan's new standard "GL3" series is denim crafted with D'Artisan's original recipe in every aspect, including the unevenness of the yarn, the yarn count, the hue of rope dyeing, and the number of warp and weft threads per inch, to maximize the characteristics of the GL3. It possesses a unique unevenness and rough texture that cannot be achieved with modern denim produced efficiently and uniformly. This is a confident work that was completed after repeated trial weaving without any compromise.
