This "Coke Stripe" work shirt is a reproduction of the uniforms used by major American beverage manufacturers in the 1950s and 60s. It features a tough fabric capable of withstanding the transport of heavy bottles. Sugar Cane analyzed a deadstock vintage shirt they owned and wove the herringbone twill fabric using old-style power looms. The clean design with a collarless neckline and no placket pairs well with the stripe pattern. The left chest pocket features a pen slot on the top of the flap, and an additional pen pocket inside. The back yoke and cuffs are gathered instead of tucked. The side slits use selvedge reinforcement fabric, ensuring a robust construction. Additionally, the embroidery thread, like vintage pieces, uses lustrous rayon thread. Luxurious, voluminous chain embroidery is applied to the left chest and back.
