 Model Height 175 cm, Weight 62 kg, wearing size M This is an aged model of the "SC28190" western shirt, a standard item from Sugar Cane. Along with ten-gallon hats and western boots, western shirts are one of the cowboy items that uniquely developed and evolved in the United States. This denim shirt is based on vintage western shirts from the 1950s to 1960s. Furthermore, the denim fabric used is made by analyzing vintage denim and handling everything from spinning to dyeing. At that time, many western shirts made for Western films and stage costumes featured fringes, satin fabrics, and other flashy and eccentric designs. However, for real, practical wear for cowboys, fabrics such as denim, chambray, and flannel were preferred. While the body and sleeves have a workwear feel with two-needle lap-felled seams, one of its characteristics is a more fitted waist compared to work shirts. The western yoke, which is said to protect the shoulders in case of a fall, is a distinctive feature. Snap buttons are used in various places to make it easy to unfasten the shirt if it gets caught on horse tack or cattle horns during work in those days. The pearl part of the buttons is made from real shell (carved from seashells), so there may be individual differences in color and texture depending on the part. Each cuff uses three buttons. It's a luxurious design with 18 buttons on one shirt. A union ticket is inserted behind the placket. The bobbin thread of the stitching is a tough chain stitch.
