 Model Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, Wearing size M The western shirt is a quintessential cowboy item that developed and evolved independently in America, alongside the ten-gallon hat and western boots. This denim shirt is based on vintage western shirts from the 1950s and 60s. Furthermore, the denim fabric used was created by analyzing vintage examples, starting from the spinning and dyeing processes. While many western shirts produced at the time as stage costumes or for western films featured flashy and eccentric designs with fringe or satin fabric, cowboys preferred fabrics like denim, chambray, and flannel for their practical, everyday workwear. Although it features workwear elements such as double-needle chain stitching on the body and sleeve seams, another characteristic feature is its more tapered waist compared to typical work shirts. <Details> It features a "western yoke," which is said to have originally been designed to protect the shoulders in the event of falling from a horse. During labor at the time, snap buttons were used on various parts of the shirt so that it could be easily removed if it got snagged on horse tack or cattle horns. The pearl portion of the buttons is made of genuine shell (carved from shells), so there are individual variations in color and texture depending on the piece. There are three buttons on each cuff. It is a luxurious construction that uses 18 buttons in a single garment. A union ticket is sewn into the underside of the front placket. The lower thread of the stitch is finished with a tough chain stitch.
