■JOHNBULL Sewing Chop O'alls / Denim Coverall War Model SC231L02
![]() Model: Height 175cm, Weight 60kg, wearing size 38 JOHNBULL's original denim series, re-examined and developed from thread, dye, weave, and processing. By using two types of warp threads with different thicknesses and unevenness and arranging them randomly, natural color unevenness and three-dimensionality are reproduced. In addition, the weft threads are woven with a slightly higher density to create a fabric that brings out the texture of the warp threads even more. Pure indigo is dyed using a rope dyeing machine that dyes it a slightly reddish indigo, creating a vintage-like color. Anti-twist and pre-shrinking processes are kept to about half of the usual, allowing for twisting and fabric unevenness as it is worn, You can enjoy the unique fading of vintage denim. The design is based on coveralls that were simplified due to limited resources during wartime. The pockets are given ample room to create a worn-in feel, and the roughly folded collar gives it the appearance of being well-worn. Furthermore, by sewing with high thread tension, the seams create puckering and a three-dimensional effect. This item will gain even more character as it is worn. ■Points ・Fabric woven with carefully selected threads ・Natural color unevenness and texture ・Unisex ■Silhouette A box silhouette with a slightly wider body width and adjusted length. Because it's an oversized silhouette with plenty of room, even when worn with a long-sleeved T-shirt underneath, It's an item that can be worn neatly without feeling bulky. ■Fabric Feel …………………… Transparency: None Thickness: Regular Elasticity: None Lining: None Pockets: Yes Washing: Water washable …………………… ■Brand ![]() 【Sewing Chop O'alls】 Sewing: Sewing / Chop: Design, Quality / O'alls: Workwear, Clothing The vintage boom that occurred in Japan in the 1990s. Denim, with Kojima in Okayama Prefecture as its sacred land, became popular, JOHNBULL started 【Sewing Chop O'alls】. However, with the decline of the boom and changes in trends, the brand also contracted and paused operations. Knowledge and techniques of vintage items gradually faded away. "Now," JOHNBULL proposes the coming NEO VINTAGE. As a series focusing on the presence created by the materials, details, sewing, and specifications of genuine articles, 【Sewing Chop O'alls】 has restarted. We affirm methods that would be considered unconventional in today's efficiency-oriented values, aiming for a revival of manufacturing from scratch. This brand releases "wardrobes created with reliable knowledge and technology." ![]() Johnbull, with 50 years of history rooted in workwear, creates clothes for "living in the present"—the most troublesome and most fascinating kind of work. That is Johnbull. Clothes that can be worn without effort and can serve as workwear for living vibrantly in the present. We continue to create clothes that reflect current trends yet remain timeless, gaining value as vintage items. ![]()
