SUGAR CANE MFSC 11oz. DENIM Vest SC16023
Made from 11oz sugarcane-derived Ryukyu indigo-dyed mixed left-hand twill denim, released for the first time since 2009,
this shawl collar vest features numerous pockets.
Selvedge fabric is used for the waist pockets and inner pockets.
9-wale corduroy is applied to the back lining, collar lining, and inside the waist pockets,
while the front buttons are large 13-star anchor buttons.
The front pocket openings are reinforced with rivets.


Born in Montpellier, Southern France, in 1966. Due to his father's work, he spent his childhood in Africa,
and after returning to France, he enlisted in the French Navy. In the 1990s, he moved to America, inspired by stars such as Steve McQueen,
Paul Newman, and Elvis Presley.
After working as a buyer for American Rag and other stores, he opened his own shop, PLASTIC JESUS, in 1995,
and in 2002, he opened MISTER FREEDOM, a vintage store and studio, in Hollywood.
Fashion designers and Hollywood film stylists began visiting to see his selections,
quickly making it a renowned shop. Currently active as a designer,
his designs, informed by his extensive knowledge of vintage, have many fans.
