 The S105 series features a half-zip. Piping is applied to the cut fabric edge at the base of the neck, and then a zipper is attached. The apex of the cut where the piping folds back is a point that requires piping technique. It is filled with the craftsmanship of artisans who painstakingly work in millimeter increments to achieve a beautiful fold without wrinkles and with the perfect number of stitches. The loop-wheeled fabric is produced in Wakayama using an old-style loop-wheeling machine. While this old-style knitting machine inherently "knits with a soft, fluffy texture that traps air," Deluxeware's design modifies the old-style loop-wheeling machine to knit at the highest density, achieving outstanding warmth while maintaining a firm texture. Additionally, the dry feel and the texture that conforms to the body with wear are characteristics of Deluxeware's original loop-wheeled fabric. This pattern is characterized by a gentle shoulder slope angle that conforms to body shapes in their 30s and 40s, a three-dimensional shape with a large armhole curve and front and back sections, and a half-zip placket for opening and closing.
