This is the highest-density sweatshirt made using an old-style loopwheel knitting machine, the only one of its kind in Wakayama. Its appeal lies in its sturdy texture, knitted slowly and densely, and its high heat retention. Combined with its comfortable three-dimensional shape, this is a popular DELUXEWARE staple every year. The sewing, which boasts high quality even while using the oldest vintage sewing machine, the "Union Special Flat Seamer," is also one of its highlights. The loopwheeled material is manufactured in Wakayama using an old-style loopwheel knitting machine. Normally, this old-style knitting machine has the characteristic of "knitting softly and fluffy, incorporating air." However, DELUXEWARE's design modifies the old-style loopwheel knitting machine to knit at the highest density, resulting in a sturdy yet outstandingly warm fabric. Additionally, the dry feel and the texture that conforms to the body the more you wear it are characteristics of DELUXEWARE's original loopwheeled material. This pattern features a gentle shoulder slope angle for body shapes in their 30s and 40s, a three-dimensional shape with a large armhole curve and ample front and back, an "insert binder" designed to improve the strength of the neckline, and a "front V-gusset" reminiscent of earlier times. In addition, its linear silhouette provides an excellent wearing balance.
