"Kyosen," an oriental antique design on a 7oz gas-fired jersey T-shirt This original seamless fabric is knitted slowly on an old-fashioned loopwheel machine in Wakayama, incorporating air as it knits. The jersey material is made from gas-fired slub yarn, which is produced by burning off the fuzz from the uneven surface of irregular yarn with a gas burner. It's a T-shirt that offers supreme comfort, a smooth feel, and an excellent texture from its horizontal irregularities. The design is an actual oriental design that traveled from Japan to America in the 1910s. Weight: 200g  DeluxeWare is Japan's only purely domestic American casual brand that manages all processes in-house, from planning, material development, pattern making, sewing manufacturing, inspection, to commercialization, based on the old philosophies of the era when vintage wear was created.
