[Oiled Leather Made with Much Time and Effort]
High-quality oiled leather specially ordered from "Tochigi Leather," a renowned high-quality tanner in Japan.
The raw hides, which are now difficult to secure at a thickness of 4mm or more, are finished by thoroughly impregnating them with oil.
To permeate the core of the raw hide with vegetable tannin, it is gradually soaked for a long time, moving from thin to thick tannin baths. Finally, oil is repeatedly soaked into the leather to give it suppleness.
This leather is resistant to losing its shape, durable, highly absorbent, and exceptionally comfortable to wear, conforming perfectly to the body as it is used.
