The thinnest loopwheeled fabric developed as an inner layer for jackets. The old-style loopwheel knitting machine is originally designed to produce fluffy loopwheeled fabric, similar to hand-knitting. While customizing and devising this knitting machine itself can yield various textures, this S300 series is knitted as the thinnest loopwheeled fabric possible for an old-style loopwheel knitting machine, known as "the thinnest loopwheeled fabric." The goal was to create a loopwheeled fabric that is as versatile as jersey. Its thermal-level insulation and jersey-like versatility make it perfect as an inner layer for leather jackets. It comes in a mock neck style to prevent the collar from touching the neck (skin). It produces only 12m (enough for 7 garments) per day, making it very inefficient, but it offers a unique texture that is difficult to achieve with other knitting machines. ●Material Origin: Wakayama, Wakayama Prefecture ●Material Equipment: Old-style Azuma machine ●Manufacturing Origin: Odate, Akita Prefecture (Our Own Factory) Manufactured at our own factory "ORDUCT" in Odate City, Akita Prefecture.
