This wallet features a unique texture created by roughing out the Chromexcel leather, made by Horween, a long-established American tannery.
With the same amount of oil soaked deep into the fibers, it boasts a soft, supple feel unlike top-grain leather.
It starts out with a matte, rugged appearance.
However, as it is used daily as a wallet, touched, rubbed, and subjected to pressure,
the nap naturally settles, and a beautiful luster and depth slowly emerge.

Opening the flap, which is secured by two buttons, reveals a very simple structure with 4 card pockets,
1 bill compartment, and 3 free pockets.
The tracker wallet is based on what American truck drivers in the 1950s used for collecting money.
(At that time, they reportedly put delivery slips and other items in it.)
When driving long distances, it would get in the way if kept in a pocket, so they apparently took it out while driving.
It is said that a wallet chain was attached to prevent leaving the wallet behind when getting out of the car. (There are various theories.)
The tracker wallet, which stores only the essentials for travel,
is believed to have gained immense popularity among American bikers and spread widely.
