 Model Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, wearing 31 inches After approximately 5 years, the War Model jeans using the supreme "Gold Tag" of LASTRESORT DENIM have been completed. This product is based on the assumption that all factories were producing a "simplified model" according to "L-181," a regulation issued by the WPB (War Production Board) in August 1942 for material control. It recreates the vintage atmosphere, including aspects not visible in the data. The fabric used this time is 100% American cotton from the Deep South, with subtle irregularities expressed using three different yarn counts: No. 6, No. 7, and No. 8. For the weft, the highest quality extra-long staple Supima cotton, Suvin Gold Supreme, with a length of 38mm, was adopted, and a deep pure indigo was used for rope dyeing. This achieves a color and texture faithful to the original. A TOYODA G3 loom was used, weaving with 68 warps and 47 wefts, resulting in a precise finish. The design is based on JELADO's own early S501XX, reproducing the engraved accessories. The back pockets have a simple design with decorative stitching removed, reproduced with extreme fidelity. The rivets from the 1930s inventory were used as is, and custom rivets with a lowercase "o" in "JELADO Co" were produced. Details unique to the War Model, such as the raw-edge front and thick belt loops, were thoroughly reproduced. The silhouette adopts a clean line similar to the black tag, allowing you to enjoy irregular fading that develops more character with wear. The suppleness and softness, which cannot be achieved with one-wash, further enhance the aging process. Pursuing the finest vintage denim, JELADO's "Gold Tag" has created the highest quality denim material available today, and it will undoubtedly become an indispensable item for denim enthusiasts.
