The curved waistband, which gives the line its name, is one of the origins of "CIRCLE". The pattern, which previously featured a straight waistband, has been completely redesigned with a "curved waistband" to pursue a better fit around the waist. These new jeans are made in Japan without compromise, offering authentic denim that is easier to wear and can accompany any lifestyle. The four silhouettes connected by curves form a circle, embodying the pride of Kojima's craftsmanship. ＜Model＞#3 Straight A basic straight model with a plain, straight silhouette. The key feature is a gentle taper from the thigh to the hem, with a slight narrowing at the hem to make the legs look slimmer. The moderately slim design is highly regarded overseas and is a pair that can be worn for a long time. ＜Fabric＞14.8oz US Cotton Vintage Selvedge US Texas cotton is used to create a rough and rugged fabric. This American cotton is spun with a slightly stronger twist to further enhance its strength, and the slub (unevenness) is made a little more pronounced. By weaving the threads to their extreme density, we have created "yarn for jeans" that maintains its stiffness even after repeated wear. ・Denim pursuing stiffness ・High-contrast fading ・Red selvage ・100% cotton  Since the quality of jeans largely depends on the fabric, JAPAN BLUE spends the most time on fabric creation. Cotton selection, yarn spinning, dyeing, and weaving. Even with just these four points, countless fabrics can be created. From these, we carefully consider and create what we believe to be the best fabric at that time. The visible design is kept as simple as possible. We keep it simple because we want people to view the fabric, which we spent so much time creating, without preconceived notions. Selecting cotton, spinning cotton, dying the yarn and finally weave a fabric, one can create a few thousand fabric using just these four processes.
