Special "3-needle, 1-thread off" stitching that prevents stretching of the neckline
The neck stitching technique is arguably the greatest feature of Flat Head T-shirts.
Inspired by the stitching of existing vintage T-shirts, our unique "3-needle, 1-thread off® stitching" uses
thick #20 cotton thread for the neck, which is prone to stretching.

Furthermore, by sewing with a total of three stitches, two on the rib and one on the body, we utilize the sewing technology and the properties of cotton to
create a T-shirt whose neckline resists stretching.
The neckline will not stretch even after years of wear, allowing you to enjoy your favorite design for a long time.

Rare Circular Knitting Machines Still Existing in Japan
The fabric is knitted using circular knitting machines from the 1960s.
These knitting machines produce stable quality but are now rare, and there are very few craftsmen who can maintain them.
The THC series uses thick #14 count yarn fabric. Knitting with such thick yarn requires strong needles,
so special needles imported from Germany are used to create a robust body.

Different Print Specifications for Each Body Color
The printing technique varies for each body color, ensuring that the print stands out beautifully on each.
Discharge printing is used for black, discharge printing for white and gray, and oil-based rubber printing for ivory and yellow.
Each print will age differently with repeated wear, developing its own unique character.
