【Flat Head Engine Design Expressed with Pinstripes】

The popular series featuring a flat head engine design, depicted using pinstripes that symbolize custom culture from the 1950s onwards, has been re-released.
This redesign was done by sign painter T's Design, who freehands pinstripes and signs using brushes and paint.
The flat head engine, drawn with symmetrical, uniform, and smooth fine lines, perfectly embodies the world of custom culture.

"3-Needle 1-Thread" Special Stitching that Prevents Neck Stretching
This neck stitching technique is one of the most distinctive features of Flat Head T-shirts.
Inspired by the stitching on actual vintage T-shirts, our unique "3-needle 1-thread® stitching" uses
thick #20 cotton thread for the neck, which is prone to stretching.

Furthermore, by sewing with a total of three stitches—two on the rib and one on the body—we've created a T-shirt where the neckline resists stretching, utilizing both advanced sewing techniques and the properties of cotton.
This ensures that the neckline won't stretch even after years of wear, allowing you to enjoy your favorite design for a long time.

Rare Circular Knitting Machines Still Existing in Japan
The fabric is knitted using circular knitting machines from the 1960s.
These knitting machines produce consistent quality but are now rare, and there are very few craftsmen left who can maintain them.
The THC series uses fabric made from thick #14 count yarn. Knitting with such thick yarn requires strong needles,
and we use special needles imported from Germany to create a robust body.

Different Printing Techniques for Each Body Color
Different printing techniques are adopted for each body color.
White features a discharge print, where the dye blends well with the fabric.
Black and orange use rubber prints, which offer vivid color and a sharp finish.
The discharge print, which becomes softer as it blends with the fabric over time, and
the rubber print, which changes to a vintage T-shirt-like texture as it cracks and wears.
Please choose according to your preference for aging.

The aging process also varies with each print, making it appealing to enjoy the unique charm of each print.
