This is the most distinctive sewing technique for THE FLAT HEAD T-shirts, applied to the neck.
Inspired by the sewing of actual vintage T-shirts and uniquely improved, the "three-needle, one-thread® sewing" uses thick No. 20 cotton thread for the neck, which is prone to stretching.

Furthermore, by sewing with a total of three stitches—two on the rib and one on the body—this technique utilizes both the sewing skill and the properties of cotton to create a T-shirt with a neck that resists stretching.
Even after years of wear, the neckline will resist stretching, allowing you to enjoy your favorite design for a long time.

Rare circular knitting machines still existing in Japan
The fabric is knitted using what is known as a 1960s tubular knitting machine.
Knitting machines from this era can produce stable quality but are now rare, and there are very few craftsmen left who can maintain them.
The THC series uses thick No. 14 yarn for its fabric. Knitting with such thick yarn requires strong needles, and thus, special needles imported from Germany are used to create a robust body.

Different printing techniques for each body color
The designs are printed using different techniques depending on the body color.
White features discharge print, while black uses discharge print. Both blend well with the fabric, resulting in a soft finish.
For navy, oil-based rubber print is used, which makes the design stand out. It offers excellent color reproduction and a sharp finish that clearly expresses fine details.

Since the aging process varies with each print, you can also enjoy the unique charm of each printing style.
