■THE FLAT HEAD Short Sleeve FRONTIER SPIRIT T-shirt FN-THC-051 [2025 Spring/Summer New Release]
![]() 【New Design T-shirt with Focus on Print Placement】 This T-shirt features a distinctive design with Native American motifs scattered across the entire surface. While THE FLAT HEAD T-shirts have primarily featured a single point print on the left chest or a large print on the back, this time, we focused on print placement, applying prints across the entire surface. Utilizing the seamless tubular knit body, prints have also been applied to the sides. This new design T-shirt, with prints covering the entire surface, creates a different impression when worn. Special "Triple-Needle Stitching with One Needle Removed" that prevents stretching at the neckline This neckline stitching technique is arguably the most defining feature of THE FLAT HEAD's T-shirts. Inspired by stitching found on actual vintage T-shirts, our uniquely improved "Triple-Needle Stitching with One Needle Removed®" technique uses thick 20-count cotton thread for the easily stretched neckline. Furthermore, by stitching with a total of three stitches—two on the rib and one on the body—we've utilized sewing technology and the properties of cotton to create a T-shirt with a neckline that resists stretching. This ensures that the neckline will not stretch even after years of wear, allowing you to enjoy your favorite design for a long time. Rare tubular knitting machines still existing in Japan The fabric is knitted using tubular knitting machines from the 1960s. While these vintage knitting machines produce stable quality, they are now rare, and the number of craftsmen capable of maintaining them is dwindling. The THC series uses thick 14-count yarn for its fabric. Knitting with such thick yarn requires sturdy needles, so we use special needles imported from Germany to create a strong body. Print technique that offers a vintage distressed look The design, finished with a distressed rubber print technique, combines the excellent detail of rubber printing with a faded effect that evokes the feel of vintage prints. While intricately printing the fine details of the design, the overall aesthetic achieves an antique finish. ・Weight: 280g ・Neckline: Triple-needle stitching with one needle removed (20-count cotton yarn) ・Print technique: Distressed rubber print ・One-washed ![]() A true American casual brand that is based on the good old American taste of the 1950s but arranged to suit Japanese style and fashion. We pursue high quality regardless of cost. Characterized by durable fabric and stitching, the true coolness emerges as the wearer breaks in the garment. ![]() ![]() Black ![]() ![]() Ivory ![]() ![]() Gray
