The 14.5oz fabric is firm yet supple and comfortable to wear, allowing you to enjoy both durability and comfort at the same time. Additionally, by weaving it in left-hand twill, the twill line intersects with the direction of the yarn twist, making the twill more prominent and producing a clear, vertical fading. This denim fabric is designed for both comfort and enjoyable aging. Buttonholes that resist tearing The buttonholes are finished using a method called "ato-mesu" (post-cutting). The area around the hole is cut after overcasting, leaving a cluster of threads in the center of the overcasting. When attaching or detaching buttons, this remaining cluster acts as a buffer between the hard button and the overcasting thread, preventing wear on the overcasting thread and making the buttonhole resistant to tearing. Original iron buttons Original iron buttons are created as a design element to enhance the aging and overall feel of the jeans. By applying rust prevention, they do not develop common brown rust, but instead gain luster and deepen in blackness. These buttons are made from materials that allow you to enjoy their aging process along with the fabric. Hidden rivets to reinforce back pockets Rivets made of iron plated with copper. To reinforce the back pockets, the rivet position is placed lower than on typical jeans, and the stitching is done right next to the rivets, causing the thread to sink in and preventing thread breakage. Leather patch that also ages beautifully The patch is one of the key elements that define the character of jeans. The leather patch, made from cowhide, allows you to enjoy the aging that appears with wear. *Some indigo dye from the fabric may transfer during washing, but please enjoy this as a characteristic of indigo dye.
