■FLAT HEAD THE FLAT HEAD FN-3009 14.5oz Denim Tapered Straight Jeans
![]() Model: Height 175cm Weight 62kg wearing size 30 This straight type with a gentle taper allows for a clean silhouette that doesn't bunch around the shin area. Because the shin area is neat, it's recommended not only for wearing in your exact size but also for wearing a size up, and even for a loose fit, as the volume at the ankles won't be overly exaggerated. The silhouette is designed to be easy to coordinate with everything from boots to sneakers. 4.5oz Denim Fabric The original fabric creates the unique vertical fading that is the charm of Flat Head denim. The original denim fabric, developed through extensive research into yarn dyeing, allows you to fully enjoy the aging and fading that occurs with wear. Buttonholes The buttonholes are finished using a method called "ato-mesu" (post-cut). The area around the hole is cut after being embroidered, leaving a tuft of thread in the center of the embroidery. When attaching and detaching buttons, this remaining tuft acts as a buffer between the hard button and the embroidery thread, preventing wear on the embroidery thread. Belt Loops By sewing the center of the belt loop to be slightly raised and plump, the two threads sewing the belt loop are made less prone to fraying. When worn for many years, the color of the center part of this belt loop will fade, while the stitches on both sides will remain dark, creating a unique contrast that adds to the aged appearance of Flat Head jeans. Iron buttons are used to enhance the aging effect and the overall feel of the jeans, with original iron buttons created for this purpose. By applying anti-rust treatment, typical brown rust does not appear, and instead, the buttons gain luster and increased blackness. Original Copper Rivets The rivets used on pockets and other areas are also original rivets. By making them larger in diameter than typical jeans rivets, they securely grip even thick fabric, serving to reinforce it. The gradual oxidation and darkening of the copper rivets over time is also an appealing characteristic. Hidden Rivets These are iron rivets plated with copper. To enhance the strength of the back pockets, the rivet position is set lower than on typical jeans, and by sewing very close to the edge of the rivets, the thread sinks in, which also helps prevent thread breakage. Back Pockets The back pockets feature the Flat Head decorative stitching, which is a signature of the brand. Leather Patch The patch, one of the key features of jeans, uses a deerskin patch with the brand logo. You can enjoy the aging process unique to deerskin.
