Just like American sweatshirts from the 1940s and 50s, this brushed lining fabric, made on a loopwheel knitting machine that now only exists in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan, boasts a fluffy texture and supreme comfort as its greatest attractions.
This material, which is only possible with an inefficient machine that produces approximately 10 meters per day, is truly special.
We have created a luxurious loopwheeled brushed lining by pre-dyeing the raw Zimbabwe cotton (brown cotton), which is synonymous with Fullcount.
This allows you to directly enjoy the feel of the raw cotton against your skin.
It features a double V-insert set-in sleeve.
With meticulous details such as flat seamer stitching using a Union Special sewing machine, random needle punching for the ribbing, a V-gusset insert, and a top-and-bottom zigzag stitch for the neckline ribbing, this exquisite sweatshirt is packed with effort.
