The "1108 NEW STRAIGHT" is one of Fullcount's most popular standard jeans. Made from 100% Zimbabwe cotton, these jeans are highly elastic and stretchy. The moderate fabric thickness of 13.7oz provides a stress-free wearing experience you can feel. Additionally, with the strong trust, understanding, and cooperation of artisans cultivated since the brand's inception, the denim fabric is woven with optimal tension, allowing the maximum appeal of Zimbabwe cotton to be brought out. Repeatedly updated and released as a standard since its founding, it was significantly renewed and reborn in 2019. The name was changed from STRAIGHT LEGS, the fly was extended for easier wearing and removal, and the front bulkiness was eliminated, resulting in a cleaner impression. Selvedge, rivets, sewing thread, leather patch. This model has been loved for many years without any compromise. ＜Zimbabwe Cotton＞ Zimbabwe cotton is renowned as the highest quality. Each bale is hand-picked and harvested while removing impurities. Cotton flowers harvested by hand to avoid damaging the fibers have long fiber lengths, earning them the name "extra-long staple cotton." It is precisely because 100% of the highest quality natural materials are used that we were able to create jeans that are comfortable to wear and highly durable. Furthermore, not only the fabric but also the sewing threads are made of cotton. As a result, the stitch color fades just like the denim fabric. In particular, the fading and fraying of the back pocket stitching is part of its charm. However, to ensure durability is not compromised, we use 12 different types of thread. Original thick threads are used in particularly prone-to-tear areas. To accommodate the thickness, we also use custom-made sewing machines and needles. Skilled artisans meticulously reproduce unique and rich stitch lines that are not uniform.  A brand that doesn't just make replica jeans, but meticulously focuses on silhouettes.
