These jeans use 13.6oz denim originally manufactured in Ihara, Okayama Prefecture. Heralded as an evolution of vintage denim,
in addition to their stylish silhouette, they are designed with a three-dimensional cut for ease of movement, and are also
durable against chafing and holes in the inseam, making them suitable for "long-term wear."
The original denim, referred to as a "reproduction," features a fade and texture reminiscent of 1940s vintage denim.

Silhouette: Slightly slim
Thigh shape: Slightly slim
Special notes: Tapered regular, button fly
This pattern features a slim waist and a straight cut that tapers slightly from the thigh to the hem, falling in a straight line.
Furthermore, ingenuity has been applied to prevent chafing, damage, and holes near the inseam,
creating a unique three-dimensional pattern using selvedge side seams.

(1) Perfect Stitch
Perfect Stitch is a term that describes the use and method of threads for sewing. Using 19 types of sewing threads,
it's an original stitch that surpasses vintage quality, varying the sewing thread and stitch width (number of machine needles per 3cm) depending on the location.

(2) UnionSpecial 43200G
The distinctive "triple-fold" hem, a tradition from vintage jeans. The machine needle enters the fabric at an angle,
and the Union Special 43200G from the 1940s produces a rich change and fade. The narrow hem finish is unique to Deluxeware quality.

(3) Eagle Arch Pocket
The back pocket, which defines the jeans' character. The realistic reproduction of subtle distortion
and the shape and sewing method based on vintage jeans are its charms.

(4) Crimson Bartack
A tip for discerning quality denim is to check the bartack. The technique of flattening the step between the pocket and the body fabric
creates strength, ensuring durability for long-term wear.

(5) In-Seam[W.LOCK]
Technological advancements have streamlined processes. The inseam, easily distinguishable in vintage jeans,
which historically required two processes and two sewing machines, is now created with one process and one sewing machine.

13.6oz denim manufactured on old-style shuttle looms in Ihara, Okayama Prefecture, a Japanese denim producing region. Analyzing 1940s denim materials,
it uses American Memphis cotton and corn-based starch glue, and is characterized by a heat treatment where the entire fabric is baked in an oven after weaving.
This is Deluxeware's original manufacturing method, reproducing the creation methods and environment of that era.

Historically, vintage denim (commonly known as raw denim) always used "starch" to prevent color transfer and reinforce the warp threads during the manufacturing process.
Therefore, during the first wash and dry, a significant amount of starch is removed and the fabric density tightens, causing shrinkage.
Fine Wash is a Deluxeware original wash process created by denim washing artisans and finishing artisans.
This meticulous wash process, which involves carefully soaking in water, then sun-drying, and finally finishing with an artisan's iron, achieves both
the comfortable feel of one-wash denim and the original texture of denim.

Warehouse
Deluxeware is the only purely domestic American casual brand in Japan that manages all processes from planning, material development, pattern making, sewing manufacturing, inspection, and commercialization in-house, based on the ancient philosophy of the era when vintage wear was created.
