 Model Height 175 cm, Weight 60 kg, wearing 30 inch These are DELUXEWARE's slimmest straight jeans, made from their original high-ounce denim manufactured in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture. With a silhouette created by a three-dimensional pattern and 16oz denim, these jeans offer a sharp contrast and deep indigo color, allowing for an enjoyable aging process. The "regular stitch" sewing technique is also a feature, creating a sense of unity between the denim fabric and the stitching. Silhouette: Slim Thigh shape: Slightly narrow Special features: Slim straight, zipper fly This pattern features the slimmest straight cut by narrowing the waist and tapering from the thigh to the hem. Additionally, its unique three-dimensional shape prevents chafing, damage, and holes around the inseam. Eagle Arch Pocket, Crimson Bartack. However, serpentine stitching somehow gives a feeling of roughness, toughness, and character. 16oz denim manufactured on a vintage shuttle loom in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, a renowned Japanese denim producing region. This original denim is made with deep indigo 6-count warp yarns of American cotton and 7-count unbleached weft yarns, also of American cotton, creating a high-density fabric with strong crispness and body. Recommended for those who prefer a clear contrast in the aging process. From ancient times, vintage denim (commonly known as raw denim) invariably uses "sizing" to prevent color transfer and reinforce the woven threads during the manufacturing process. Therefore, during the first washing and drying, a significant amount of sizing falls off, causing the fabric density to tighten and shrinkage to occur. Fine Wash is a DELUXEWARE original wash process developed by denim washing artisans and finishing artisans. This meticulous wash process, which involves careful soaking in water followed by sun drying and ironing by artisans, achieves both the comfort of one-wash denim and the original texture of denim.  Deluxeware is Japan's only purely domestic Americana brand, based on the ancient philosophies of the era when vintage wear was created. They handle all processes in-house, from planning, material development, pattern making, sewing manufacturing, inspection, to product commercialization.
