■DELUXEWARE Standard Straight Jeans 15oz DX5015 2024 Renewal Edition
![]() Model Height 175 cm, Weight 62 kg, Wearing 30 inches Deluxeware's jeans have been refined with a minor change in 2024 to a more sophisticated style. These standard silhouette jeans are made from 15 oz denim originally produced in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture. Features include the Eagle Arch back pocket shape, Crimson Bartack (back pocket bartack), and four-fold hem construction, among others, offering a unique appeal and originality distinct from vintage pieces. Furthermore, the distinct aging process of this rogue denim, such as the color changing to a deep indigo vertical fade, is also attractive. <Silhouette> Silhouette: Regular Thigh shape: Slightly wide Special notes: Standard straight, button fly This pattern creates room around the waist and thighs, with a slight taper from the thighs to the hem, characterizing a standard straight fit. You can also observe interesting details such as the four-fold hem construction. <Details> Crimson Bartack The crimson bartack symbolizes Deluxeware's brand color. Eagle Arch Pocket The back pockets feature an "Eagle Arch" instead of decorative stitching, serving as a distinctive mark of Deluxeware's original jeans. Orange Line The selvedge color of the original denim "Rogue Denim". Pattern Original regular straight: A rugged straight shape with a little room, comfortable thigh width, and a well-proportioned back style. UnionSpecial 43200G / 4Roll Sewing The four-fold chain stitch is said to have originated from human error during sewing in older times. Due to an accidental mistake, an extra layer of fabric was incorporated, resulting in a chain stitch at the hem with a sharp puckering that creates a unique textured appearance. ※If you have us hem these jeans, this finish cannot be achieved. It will be a standard chain stitch finish using a Union Special machine. <Material: No.5 Denim 15oz Rogue Denim> 15oz denim manufactured on a vintage shuttle loom in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, a renowned denim production area in Japan. Rogue Denim, known for its "wild unevenness" and "deep indigo color," is Deluxeware's first denim that offers a distinct vertical fading and aging process. This original denim is made from #6 American cotton yarn for both warp and weft, with the warp yarn featuring a wild uneven shape and the weft yarn being a straight-shaped yarn. <Original Fine Wash (Special One-Wash)> Traditionally, vintage denim (commonly known as raw denim) always uses "starch" to prevent color transfer and reinforce the yarn during the manufacturing process. Therefore, during the first wash and dry, a significant amount of starch falls off, causing the fabric density to tighten and resulting in shrinkage. Fine Wash is Deluxeware's original wash process, performed by skilled denim washers and finishing craftsmen. After carefully soaking in water, the denim is sun-dried and then ironed by craftsmen. This meticulous wash process achieves both the comfort of one-wash denim and the original texture of the denim. ![]() Deluxeware is the only purely domestic American casual brand in Japan that manages all processes in-house, from planning, material development, pattern making, sewing and manufacturing, inspection, to commercialization, based on the ancient philosophy of the era when vintage wear was created.
![]() ![]() UnionSpecial 43200G 4Roll Sewing "4-Roll Sewing" is a product of accidental discovery during the era of vintage jeans manufacturing. An extra layer of fabric is sewn in, resulting in a supreme hem finish with an improved appearance. The commitment to a narrow-width finish is unique to Deluxeware quality. ※If you have us hem these jeans, this finish cannot be achieved. It will be a standard chain stitch finish using a Union Special machine.
