 ＜Model: Height 175cm, Weight 60kg, Wearing size 40＞ A real denim jacket made from 13.6oz medium dark indigo heat denim, originally produced in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture. This special original denim is a "reproduced denim" made using a unique process, such as "baking the denim fabric in an oven" after weaving it on an old power loom. It has been reproduced with a three-dimensional and stylish silhouette. Please see the vintage-like denim appearance, fading, and well-balanced straight silhouette. ＜Material＞ 13.6 oz denim made on an old shuttle loom in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture, a denim producing region in Japan. It is characterized by heat treatment where the entire fabric is baked in an oven after weaving, using American Memphis cotton and corn starch glue, after analyzing 1940s denim materials. This is a DELUXEWARE original manufacturing method that reproduces the manufacturing methods and environment of that time. ＜Silhouette＞ This pattern is based on the well-known "2ND" denim jacket. It is a three-dimensional special pattern that pursues style while retaining details from that era, such as the length, sleeve line, armhole, underarm line, and tucks on the back body.  DELUXEWARE is the only purely domestic American casual brand in Japan that completes all processes from planning, material development, pattern making, sewing, manufacturing, inspection, and commercialization in-house, based on the ancient philosophy of the era when vintage wear was created.
