The DX109 is a short coverall that focuses on form, offering an eye-catching original blue indigo denim. ＜Materials＞ ●Fabric composition: 100% cotton ●Fabric details: 3/1 twill denim, plain weave duck Uses two types of fabric: 10oz denim made from American cotton thread counts 7 and 20, and old-style duck fabric woven with high-density 10-count single yarns for both warp and weft. ●Fabric origin: Ibara, Okayama Prefecture; Kojima, Okayama Prefecture ●Fabric equipment: Old-style power loom ●Manufacturing origin: Odate, Akita Prefecture (company factory) Manufactured at our own factory "Orduct" in Odate City, Akita Prefecture. Management system that certifies everything from processes to numerical values. ●Manufacturing equipment: UNION SPECIAL Utilizes numerous vintage sewing machines from the late 1800s to the 1960s to create texture and character. ＜Silhouette＞ This pattern is a reproduction of a coverall, which is originally workwear. It features a short length balance and the body (side seams) and armholes are three-dimensional, and the sleeves and sleeve attachment are transformed into a shirt-like construction to make it "easy to move in." Additionally, details such as the watch pocket and change buttons, which are vintage details, are preserved as highlights.
