■DELUXEWARE 10.5oz Denim Work Shirt Used Wash 1940's 7640AG
 Model Height 175cm, Weight 62kg, Wearing L A special piece with a real used finish on the classic denim shirt that represents Deluxeware, offering a different flavor than usual. In an era when clothing called "modern vintage" was routinely created and developed, the 7640 design was uniquely developed as if to challenge this trend. It took several months from the initial sketching to the final form, taking into account material density, needle gauge (thickness), and curved cuts that pushed the limits of the sewing machine's operating range. Deluxeware, which boasts "New Vintage," exists because its distinct identity, different from replicas, was accepted. This material is a 10.5oz original denim fabric woven using a "slub weave" technique on an old-fashioned shuttle loom in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture. Since the naturally uneven weaving yarn is rope-dyed in an original indigo color, it has the characteristic of changing into a unique expression with its color and vertical fading after use. Additionally, the duck material used for color scheme is an original material finished on an old-fashioned loom with pre-dyed (yarn-dyed) fabric. Weight: 620g  DELUXEWARE is the only purely domestic American casual brand in Japan that completes all processes from planning, material development, pattern making, sewing manufacturing, inspection, and commercialization in-house, based on the old philosophy of the era when vintage wear was created.
