This shirt features an impactful banana print on COOLMAX fabric with a unique textured surface.
The motif is drawn using discharge printing with five different colors. This design was
originally released by the Duke brand in the 1950s on rayon fujiette fabric. Even when printed on modern high-performance material,
the design is so complete that it doesn't feel out of place.

Born in 1890, Duke Kahanamoku was an Olympic medalist swimmer. His career also extended to Hollywood, where he appeared in numerous masterpieces. At the same time, he is still remembered as a pioneer who popularized Hawaiian culture, including Hawaiian shirts and surfing. This series revives the Duke Kahanamoku brand apparel with his real name.
