It's a popular staple and long-selling item. The silhouette is slimmer than the original model. The details are based on analysis of military chinos from various eras, featuring double-needle chain stitching, handmade double-welt pockets, and a zipper fly.  Buzz Rickson's is a military brand from Toyo Enterprise, which also owns vintage American casual brands like Sugar Cane and Sun Surf. The company has a long history with military wear, dating back to its predecessor, Kosho Shokai, which supplied souvenir jackets (such as Sukajan) to US military bases. In 1993, they released their first flight jacket. Since then, the military wear they reproduce, like Sun Surf's Hawaiian shirts and Sugar Cane's denim wear, are all perfectly crafted.
