 Model Height 175 cm, Weight 62 kg, wearing size 38 This A-2 jacket is made from high-density jungle cloth. Its high density means that changes in appearance due to rubbing and friction are particularly noticeable. The mixed rib knit, woven with two different colored threads, gives it a classical feel. ＜WILLIAM GIBSON COLLECTION＞ The first BLACK MA-1 produced by Buzz Rickson's for their 10th anniversary. In the globally renowned novelist William Gibson's "Pattern Recognition," the main character is described as wearing a "Buzz Rickson's Black MA-1." From that novel, the actual Buzz Rickson's Black MA-1 was born. While the official color for the MA-1, adopted by the US Air Force in the 1950s, was originally sage green, a truly authentic BLACK MA-1 made with military-spec parts and materials based on military standards in black did not exist. Therefore, it was well-received and became a talking point among authentic-minded users in the market. Even if all materials are specified to be black, the dyeing process varies depending on the material, and when assembled into a single jacket, subtle color differences emerge, clearly illustrating how many different materials comprise a flight jacket. Weight: 1160g  Buzz Rickson's is a military brand from Toyo Enterprise, which also owns vintage American casual brands such as Sugar Cane and Sun Surf. Their relationship with the military dates back a long time; during their predecessor's era as Kosho & Co., they supplied products like souvenir jackets (Sukajan, etc.) to US military bases. In 1993, they released their first flight jacket. Since then, their military wear restorations, like Sun Surf's Hawaiian shirts and Sugar Cane's denim wear, have all been perfectly executed.
